"Cash" --  12-yr-old 14.3H liver chestnut gelding with long silvery blonde mane, tail and forelock, and strip down his face  There are blue ribbons hanging all over his pedigree -- he is sired by the legendary World Grand Champion "Coin's Hard Cash" and out of a direct daughter of the legendary "Pride of Midnight HF", and he is show quality, but we're using him on the trail.   He will go anywhere and does love the water.  His coat is glossy and shiny and he is stunningly beautiful.  Cash is extremely gentle and mellow, walks slowly and while he is not lazy, if you want him to pick up speed, you must double kick him to convince him, which usually make timid riders feel more at ease.  He has a big stride and racks with a big back end, but slips effortlessly into a delightful slow lope on the trail when he needs to.  Nothing seems to phase him -- not machinery, traffic, dogs, or curling waves at the beach (which usually freaks most horses out).  He does have one vice, which is reflected in his low price.  He cribs occasionally, and must wear a muzzle in the stall, which he can eat and drink through.  He is fine in the pasture, eating grass and is fat and healthy, and a horse like this without this vice would bring $4500 - $5500 (since just about anyone can ride him), but he is for sale for $2500.
